Symptom
You want to be legally unassailable. For that reason you plan to rent a server outside your home country and also lease a domain anonymously through whois privacy. You are thinking about a server outside EU and U.S.A.
Solution
Bitpalace neither offers offshore servers, nor anonymous domain registrations. Legal online activities give no reason for anonymous operations.
For operating a domain or website it is legally uncritical where the server is located, but important, where the decision-making process takes place. If you live in the U.S. and make the major decisions regarding your website, your server, your domain there, U.S. law applies. The same applies to the EU. An offshore server is of no use. Law enforcement will be able to determine the owner of a domain despite an anonymous domain record entry, anyway.
